delicious gluten free recipes(easy)

my daughter eats only gluten free and is running out of not so expensive or complicated recipes anyone got any?as she has a family to feed thats not gluten free something that all could eat would be good,dinners,puddings,treaty stuff,all idea`s would be welcomed

I use teff, both the whole grain and the flour. It's gluten-free and high in lysine. I've made muffins, pancakes, bread, and Welsh cakes. I only use teff. Some mix it with other grains.
