That means that the total distance travelled is approximately 149 Miles!"

My mum in law lives in Trowbridge. It takes us an average of about 4 hours to get there. flipping heck.

Should this work in France too? I put in the code (1FRNGF1) but the tracker wouldn't use this. Would be interesting if it did though...

Brilliant site. Thanks for sharing. I'll be sure to check any egg boxes I have laying around.

My own eggs are now from just down the end of the garden

Definitely! We get our eggs from a lady a couple of miles away who has rescued ex-battery hens.

They're the nicest eggs ever!

I've got her website somewhere...i'll stick it in the links section when i find it!

Crikey! 91 miles!
We`re new chook keepers and our lassies aren`t in lay yet but when they do the egg-mile will be about 5 yards.
We are stardust, we are golden, and we`ve got to get ourselves back to the garden.

Having had this up for a while now, Im suprised to report that the average of all the checks shows the "egg mileage" to be over 100 miles!

Zoikes!

it only works for england and wales, not Scotland.

Scottish eggs begin with SCO.

and I too will be getting some for my garden.

dont get me wrong, "egg miles" is a great tool
