Back into the pan. Add water & reboil until correct set obtained. What sort of jam is it?

No, honestly, I wouldn't bother to redo it all.... You could even possibly make "sweeties" out of it. Cut in cubes, roll in coconut, or icing sugar, or ground almonds or so, and serve as a treat with your after dinner coffee...
