Brilliant! That's exactly what I came on here to look for today- being in the throws of real lady-flu 
Enjoyed reading the article, will give some of the suggestions a try once i've rounded up someone to forage the ingredients for me. It's got to be better than those foul lemsip-type bitter cups of nastiness.
