Hi all ,had to tell anyone who's reading that I finally got a preserving pan today at the boot sale for £1!!After realising £40 new was out of the question I have looked for ages and there it was and the lady asked me if I made Jam as I was paying my shiny gold coin over,I no longer have to use the stock pot and half the recipe!!
