does anybody know of a lender or broker who will lend against a plot of land with residential permission for a mobile cause i've found the land now cant find anyone to lend me the money because its not bricks and morter or i'm not a company going to run a buisness from there

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer of the mobile home? They might know who you can approach.
Other than that you are probably best to speak to a broker. Try calling several in your local area and asking them if they have arranged anything similar before.
The land agent might be able to help as well. If they arrange these sales on a regular basis, they may well know who would be prepared to lend.
