ok, i have had...... sex difficulties (sorry if this is tmi but i've not been getting the horn as much as normal) sickness, diarrhoea (both lots) abdominal cramps, sleepiness, dizziness, yawning, confusion, poor concentration, hairloss, joint and muscle pain, nervousness, anxiety (wierd cos they're two things i am on this stuff to try and cure!), repeated thrush and urinary infections.....
it might not be beef or dairy!!! it might just be my bloody medication!!!
i am tired all the freaking time despite my thyroid levels being normal. i am so sick of getting thrush and cystitis.

repeated thrush and cystitis makes me wonder if you have a candida overgrowth in your digestive tract, I had many of those symptoms and once I'd got the candida sorted they all improved dramatically - especially the thrush and cystitis. I got a little book that helped, will try to dig it out and give the title etc if you're interested
