Russ - go to the website address at the top of your screen for the web address that you want to post, right click on it which will open a menu, click on COPY (or press Control and C together), then come back to your posting and press Control and V together - that's how you copy any text and a link is pretty much the same thing. You can have a practice in the Practice and Deleted section here if you want. Good luck.

Took me a long time to get used to CDs instead of records and tapes and I still prefer a video recorder even though we now have a DVD hard disc drive thingy which I barely know how to use. As for ipods and blackberries (you eat them don't you? ) and Wii thingies, er.....um.....!
