Hi fellow smallholders!

Does anyone know where I can find spelt seeds from a UK, perferably organic, but not necessary, supplier?

Thank you for your help in advance,

Matthew

I know Seeds of Italy sell Farro, which is the Italian for Spelt:

I buy organic wholemeal Spelt flour from a local Nothumberland producer Gilchesters. They use a local stone ground watermill to produce the flour , which is excellent.

There is a new contact page here:http://www.gilchesters.com/

And their old page is here:www.gilchesters.com/contact.htm.

I'm sure if you got in touch they would be able to supply whole spelt seeds

So you know how great Salsify is as a veg, what about Cavero Nero, great leaves all through the winter , then in Spring sprouting broccolli like flowers! Takes up half as much room as broccolli
