I am sure I saw a Rice Wine Recipe somewhere on here, but I can't find it anywhere now!!
Can anyone help please-I have an empty fermentation bucket waiting to be filled.
The acid blend is a combination of citric, tartaric and a couple of others - nice, but not strictly necessary. But there is a lot of it there. Use either two teaspoons of citric or the juice of two lemons and you should be about right.
Not one I've ever tried - let us know how it turns out.
