raddishes for the first time... and the first time I have even eaten them I liked them raw but had some in a stirfry last night too and they were delicious, I'm going to plant more tomorrow

Peas, I shared the first one with my son. Three each from the same pod. Very tasty Lettuces, kale and there is a strawberry or two out there now.

We are harvesting:

Red Duke of York first early potatoes; (OK, they are only slightly bigger than grapes, but we couldn't wait)
Radish;
Leuttice of differing varieties;
Spinach;
Turnips (golf ball size, in salads at the moment);
flat leaf parsley;
dill;
chives;
mint;
elderflowers - one huge carrier bag full so far, which will shortly be champagne with any luck!

Hopefully by the end of the week, peas and our first strawbs

Rather gratifyingly, we had a meal last night of spinach omlette with new potatoes and mixed salad leaves/radish, all from the plot! (apart from the onions). Mmmmm

About 2 kilos of strawbs today, half of which are steeping in sugar and will eventually become strawberry conserve.

Not much this year yet - last year I had turnips by now, but this year they all failed, because I planted them in a new bed that was much too shaded. I thought it was in the first place, but being hard-pressed for space until I get a lotty, I thought I'd try anyway.
However, I'm starting to get kale ('Sutherland', a rare old variety from 'Realseeds'), and broad beans ('Aquadulce Claudia'), and a few early spuds ('Orla' and 'Rocket'), though I'm leaving most of the early spuds till next month, to get bigger; and Swiss Chard 'Golden' is just about ready to start harvesting. Hopefully, I'll have loads French beans soon. ('Cherokee Trail of Tears', 'Soldier', and 'Borlotto Lingua di Fuoco'.)

Broad beans, peas, chard, spinach and thats about it ata the moment. I have been eating my courgette flowers as well as I have only had female ones so far :/

Strawbs, different kinds of lettuce, mange tout galore, few peas, pea shoots, orach, few small broad beans, courgettes and new potatoes. And I pulled up a shallot which was really hot like a spring onion (I thought they were supposed to be mild flavoured? )!
