Elderflower wine/champagne recipe

I am doing my first batch of elderflower cordial and want to make it alcoholic I had a quick look but can't find any recipes. Can someone post a recipe for wine or champagne or redirect me to an old link containing one please?

Hi thanks for re posting the recipe.I've found some local elderflowers,so this afternoon am going to "attempt"to make some champagne!!!Please wish me luck,usually I'm quite confident trying out new ideas,but for some reason feel a tad bit nervous with this one!

I'm looking forward to making elderflower cordial with the kids at school next week, before having an elderflower 'cocktail party'.
We did this last year and it was hilarious - 60 seven year olds making their own idea of 'social chit chat': they kept asking each other how their husbands were and asking after each others health problems!

OMG that is my idea of hell you brave thing . My own kids are all I can manage and I generally have thoughts of locking either them or me in a small soundproof darkened space.
