Candied Carrot
Candied Carrot
I wanted to decorate a carrot cake so had a go at making candied carrot. The first attempt could have broken my teeth...boiled carrot sweets. The second attempt was just about there, should have left them a bit longer though but the cake did look nice. Wondering what else I could have a go at, aside from lemon, orange & limes peel?
