My Favourite Things - ishy style.....

Post: # 227776Post Milims »

Red squishy rosehips,
Hand knited mittens,
Elderflower petals,
Letters, hand written,
Home made bread sandwiches,
Sheets dried in the wind,
These are a few of my favourite things.......

(Verse 2 is up to you!)
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!

Logs on the fire,
happily glowing,
Spuds I had chitted
now in the ground, growing,
Rain coming down to water them in,
these are a few of my favourite things

Whaddya mean, Susie? OJ's version is the clean one ...

(And I bet you've been into every corner of Salzburg, MMM. I had to suffer that once - not suffer Salzburg, which I like, but the interminable SOM tour my ex insisted upon).

No I haven't :( although once upon a time my brother and sister in law were planning on getting married there and the SOM tour was the only reason I wanted to go to the wedding........ It didn't happen there in the end but thankfully they married in Vegas so I didn't have to go.

The Plots are alive
With lots of vegies........

Perhaps we should write an Ishmas Panto!

And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
