Citrus Liqueurs ingredients per bottle
Finely chopped zest of 6 large lemons or 5 medium oranges or 10 small limes
500ml vodka
Make a sugar syrup from
175gm white sugar (I used half this amount last time and it was ok but would maybe use a little more next time)
75ml water
When the sugar has cooled mix all the above and store for 28 days. Shake daily
Taste and add more sugar if needed.
Strain and bottle then allow to condition for a further week or so.
I've got a coffee recipe somewhere too, I'll dig it out for you
