Neutral Cheap spirit Mash

Post: # 238683Post vancheese »

Hi People

The nice licence rules here in hungary enable me to make 50L of spirits each year tax free! Atm, I don't have much of my own fruit to produces hazi(homemade) palinka but I am interested in make influensions like Nocino.
I was wondering if people could suggest an easy, cheap mash which I could make many litres of and then take to my local distillery to produce a nice netural base spirit.

Ta!

Andy

No worries Van Cheese, Just a word of warning; if you sign up at the HD forum do a lot of reading - safety, and new distillers reading lounge, novice distillers - before you ask questions. Posting a question that has been asked before without using the search function and doing sufficient research is jumped up and down on by mods.
Just a heads up :-)
