It's been doing its thing for about 6 months or so, I just got too lazy to rack it out. Had a bit of a sneaky taster and it is strong!!!!!

I like this wine making business :D I count this as a success. I'm positive it's stopped fermenting, but stuck some camden tablets in to make sure. I'm going out of town for the next 4 months so I'll dispose of it when I return
