I made one once.
If i remember rightly, it had beeswax, coconut oil, olive oil, thyme EO and lime EO.
The first one i made i just used the thyme, and smelt like a pizza, so i added lime to the next one and smelt citrussy herby. You can add tea tree too.
Melt everything together and pour into an old stick deodorant container. Leave to cool.
It worked quite well, even on my stinky sister.
I'm lucky, i don't get stinky (maybe i just don't do enough exercise to sweat a lot?!) so it was fine for me too.
