Greetings from the Herts/Essex border

Post: # 255463Post osmunda »

Hello. I found your site whilst looking for info on washing a sheepskin rug, then found lots of other interesting stuff, like how to install a woodburner (something I'm wanting to do soon). This site has an amazing amount of information. Are there any members that live near me? It would be great to get to know some local people who are into the same things, Some of which are poultry keeping (chooks and ducks) DIY, gardening, handicrafts, cooking. I'm also hoping to start keeping bees soon. Looking forward to being a part of this community.

Welcome to some of the nicest people you will ever meet!
Just because you see two eyes shining in the jungle at night, do not think that the worse thing that could happen is that you are about to be attacked by a tiger. It could be two one-eyed tigers.

Hi there and welcome
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
