It a runner bean :lol:

Have tried to grow beans up sunflowers before but the slugs always got there too quickly. Quite proud of this effort managed to get my sunflower to do more than just sitting there looking nice :mrgreen:

Nice photo Andy... get that seed marker picked up you litter lout! Let us know how the runner bean thing works out... I read about "three sisters"" planting doing this with sweetcorn but I can't see how it would work unless the beans went in really late, they grow too fast!

always the first to notice these things arn't you mate :lol:

Dave has tried the 3 sisters this year with sweetcorn, squashes and beans - and yes he had to use bean poles as they grew too quickly.
