okok i'm an bad-tempered person recently maybe caused by working pressure and i fight with my friends a lot these days.
i know i should control it but sorry my mind is out of control!!

I've not used this particular one, but others from the same series. I found them really useful, had some great exercises in and I do like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Umm, well without really knowing what is the cause of the anger it's difficult.
Are you drinking, getting enough sleep, exercising etc etc etc.

i dont drink, sleep about 7 hours per day, no exercising. well, i think my life is just working and get angry with my bf.........
i wish i could be just like "the mild mannered and layed back poster i see before me now".
