DIY rabbit hutch?
I am going to replace our huge shed that currently houses only 2 bunnies with a smaller hutch so i can use the area for growing veg, but the prices for a 6ft long rabbit hutch are crazy! The cheapest i have seen one is £100, is it possible to make my own for cheaper? It needs to be big (6ft x 2 ft plus an attached run) and i have next to nil diy experience! need to learn sometime but can anyone tell me if this is a) worth doing and b) how to do it?!!
If i manage to do this then the next project is a home for some chickens!

Re: DIY rabbit hutch?
Why don't you make them both out of the "huge shed"

I know this is an old thread but I thought that my chook tractor could be used to house rabbits
Full details here
I assume that rabbits do not need to roost
Most of the stuff should be available from your local good hardware store.
