Richard Briar's Leaf Blower

Post: # 3274Post greenbean »

Hello all,
I bought a gardening magazine the other day as I was going on a long train journey, there was an article about celebs and their favourite garden tools. Richard Briars was featured holding his power leaf blower as his favourite tool, he blows his Autumn leaves into a heap and then his gardener comes round to clear them up. I was shocked. I feel cheated and a little dissappointed in 'our Tom', I think I am beginning to lose my grasp on reality. Oh dear.

I wonder if any of the tom character actually rubbed off on him though. I mean he must have picked up a few gardening tips on the way at least.

I would think the whole ethos would make some sort of impact, especially considering how popular the show was/is.
