Favorite Homebrew combination?

Post: # 43198Post pskipper »

Just out of interest what is everyones favorite fruit combination for home brew?

Mine is 3/4 Brambles 1/4 Elderberries, makes a rich fruity red that tastes a little like a good port and is quite fast to mature.

when you say brambles, do you mean blackberries/raspberries?

Sounds like a lovely wine, but i don't want to poison anyone by getting the wrong thing...
