Quiet on here at weekends

So does this mean that the majority of you are using the internet during your working week - when you should be WORKING?   I'll tell!

Hi MMM,

I AM the boss so I can use the internet when I like! I jump from pc, to housework, design work, childcare and the garden.

I guess a lot of people come here during work time, but hey? You've gotta have some perks.

It could be because they are all harvesting their goods at the weekend and staying out in the garden.

My days are much like another. My partner works for the ambulance service so weekends are like any other day. And because I am doing my wedding stuff, it can be done any day of the week. If we are co-ordinating a wedding, then Saturday is a working day for me.

We have our weekends in the middle of the week most of the time!

quiet

Dipped in and out of site today and never seems to be anybody else on at same time. My husbands a driving instructor so we don't really get a weekend either although funny enough he was saying today how it would be a good idea to try and have two days off midweek for our weekend. Shops would be quieter if we fancied a browse around, I would be mainly out at work but could finish early and we'd probably see a bit more of each other than we do now.
Is there a busy time on the site? being new I've been trying to work it out from the different times people have logged on to the different forums but there doesn't seem to be an obvious pattern.

I like to think everyone is out in their garden at the weekend, except poor folk like me, who don't have one of course! We are hopefully moving soon, so I should have one then, just in time for Spring.

Typical innit, lots of people around yesterday after posting that!

I guess there are a fair few people on here with allotments, so they wouldn't be able to nip inside to have a cuppa and a quick browse on the net!

Shiney, what is your "wedding stuff"?

I do check the site from work from time to time but my main time is (like right now) my pre-breakfast surfing habit. Whereas most weekdays follow a regular structure, weekends tend to be more flexible; sometimes I get a lot more net-time and sometimes, like this weekend just gone, I don't!
