I'm new to this so please bare with me!
I planted some spuds back in early April and they've been doing really well until yesterday, they have just completey sagged, can anyone help?

Sagging as in the vines are drooping? Do they need to be watered? Potatoes generally like at least an inch a week according to all the advice I had - I watered mine well and got a bumper crop last year.

Hi Scotty - welcome
we are growing spuds for the first time too - and have had alot of trouble with slugs - they are eating the tops.. and sometimes a stalk goes limp and it turns out its been eaten through!
other than that,,, lack of water?

Is there any thing else wrong with them, any markings on the leaves?
