Pumpkin seed oil

Post: # 50058Post Lousam »

Hi Deb
I live in Slovenia and they grow a lot of pumpkins here. Thousands in fact.
The reason is they make Pumkin seed oil from the seeds.
This oil is very very tasty and is served on almost every salad.
Its very nutty.
In fact a new study in the UK has said that it may help to prevent prostrate cancer.

Here is a linl I found which tells you more.

If you ever visit Slovenia I can take you to my neighbour that makes it and she can give you some tips!

Kind regards
Louise
