Here was me with images in my mind of picking small cans of ginger beer off a bush, I would quite like a 'lemonade tree' pehaps in compostable plastic bottles, or tea and coffee in paper cups... permanantly warm... Now there's a use for GM

My actual plant never exploded, but I would advise bottling it in plastic bottles and not glass. The year I used smart looking brown glass bottles (which previously contained cider), two friends found sticky ginger beer and shards of glass all over their kitchens  Luckily they both exploded overnight....

I'm going to bottle it in ribbed mineral bottles, past homebrew experience has taught me they are good as the ribs start to pop out a good few hours before the bottle explodes!
