Build it yourself wheeled cultivator/rotovator/tiller??

Post: # 7444Post cheddarpaul »

Hi everyone,

I have already made a wheeled hoe which is wonderful for taking the tops off of weeds on my plot.

I am now looking to make my own push/wheeled tiller/rotovator/cultivator - I am not looking for anything with an engine - dont mind a bit of manual work.

Does anyone know of any plans / sites where I can get information on how to make my own?

My plot is only 100ft by 20ft - so I dont mind pushing my own device up and down to break up the top soil.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't if you can get them over there, but ask in your local hardware shop for a 3-tyne cultivator, take the handle off and Bob's-your-auntie (strange fellow is Bob).
