Yesterday I found an old book with instuctions on how an individual can farm trout.
The day before, I read a recipie book with ideas for using carp. I know monastries used to farm carp, often on a large scale using them to fertalise fields. Carp is also the 'Christmas turkey' in many east European countries. In Surrey a lock has been blown up in order to catch a load of carp quickly.
So, nosy question, does anyone here farm carp or eat it on a regular basis?
Just curious, thanks.
