The Naki - New Zealand

Post: # 81493Post Growing Mama »

Hi there, I am a mum of two cute kids! I have a two year old girl who loves worms and hanging in the garden with me, and a little boy who is one and just loves his Mama and breastfeeding. I have recently got my garden humming along nicely (since about september last year). I find it very rewarding and gives me results quicker than parenting sometimes! I look forward to reading thru your site.

Hi Growing Mama, and welcome!

I suppose the garden doesn't talk back - that might give you quicker results than the kids...

I just arrived here too, and I was born in New Plymouth !!!! I came down south about 7 years ago. I miss the rainfall and the green grass.

Your children sound wonderful and it sounds like you are doing right by your son too.

Do you have any tomatoes?

Hey thanks for all the welcomes. Yes I certainly do have tomatoes. Why do you ask?

I have a post on organic tomatoes - some of mine are a bit funny and I am wondering why I haven't seen any organic tomatoes for sale in the supermarkets, and also why I never noticed this before!

But not too many people on here are "tomato minded" at the moment,
as we aren't all having hot weather :)
