Hi from Nelson New Zealand
Gidday
Good to see more quality on here. Too many Aussies here. Just joking though, they are all a good bunch here really.
I'm in North Otago but am like you, a refugee from mud and mortgage in the North Island. I couldn't afford Nelson so came further south.
You can learn a lot on here but must bear in mind they most are in the wrong season.

Thank you Jack! I understand about skipping Nelson, the prices here seem so high now.Jack wrote:Gidday

I am enjoying the English sense of humour, it definitely feels familiar.
Pity about the seasons, I always feel either apologetic or envious!
But they gave us fish and chips, so mustn't grumble, eh?

I have just left them alone, and they are fine... Hazy memories of self-pollination? We do have clouds od bumblebees around, haven't noticed if they like the toms or not though.
