Digger Cake

You all seem to be such proficient chefs. Well here is a place to share some of that cooking knowledge. Or do you have a cooking problem? Ask away. Jams and chutneys go here too.

Digger Cake

Post: # 83103Post mrsflibble »

well, I managed it.
and if you look closely, you will see one of the chocolate bunnies staging a sit-in at the destruction of Haribo Island so I ven got some "ish" in there too lol!
natural colourings, organic butter and nothing evil in it except the sweets... even they are naturally coloured too.

how I made it was I started with a big 10" sq cake which hubby made 'cos I've done my back in.

the oven lighter is holding up the digger bowl while i prepaperd the icing.

I then made icing, coloured it yellow with Langdale's colouring and bob's your uncle.
