Ratatouille help

Post: # 94845Post farmerdrea »

I haven't made thisin a long time, but have a surplus of most ingredients in the fridge... except the red/green peppers. Can I go ahead and make it anyway without it being terribly noticeable?

Cheers

If you've got onions, they'll provide the sweetness so go ahead and use what you've got.

Thanks, Contadina! That's just what I did, and with the addition of some green olives, it turned out really nice!

I don't actually really like peppers unless they're roasted, though occasionally I like the red ones raw dipped in sauce....
