Hi folks

I've just stumbled across this forum which looks really useful and chatty

I am striving to grow as much of my own food as possible and am lucky enough to have plenty of land to grow fruit and veggies.

I'm an experienced organic grower and look forward to chatting to you all soon

Btw - where do you do your organic growing - I mean which country, or part of country? Just so we know where you are climate wise...

Thank you for all of the hellos .. .it's nice to feel welcome

Ina I love your signature ... I heard it on radio 4 the other day too and was in stitches.

I'm in Southern France by the way ... not that far south as to be baking like Spain .. .but far enough to get plenty of sunshine. We get a lot of rain too which is lucky. Best of both worlds eh!

My bedroom is currently full of seedlings waiting until they are grown up enough to go into the polytunnel. I'll have more chillis than I'll know what to do with ... which is a happy sitiation to be in as I'm a real chilli-head!

I thought it was the best "excuse" for being overweight I've heard so far! You don't happen to remember who the comedian was who said it?

I can't do great things, so I do little things with love.
