Hi Does anybody have a sherbert lemon recipe please? I think I have the ingredients, just not sure about the quantities!

do you mean sherbet lemon the american type which is what brits would call a sorbet, or sherbet lemon the boiled sweet type which is what I'd call waaaaay too difficult to make at home?!

Hi, I meant the old fashioned sherbert lemon powder which I can dip my liquorice stick !

You used to be able to buy them in yellow tubes with the liquorice sticking out of the top!

I know it has citric acid and sugar, but not sure what the quantities and if anything else is needed!
