Post: # 99318Post Silver Ether »

What is the most used in your kitchen? Not the oven or the hob we all got use them ... My electric hand blender is a very special device ... Its used for soups, purees, fruit as well as veg making baby food, smoothies and its used all the time doing one or the other. :flower:

My 8in chef's knife is most used, closely followed by its steel, then by the 3in paring knife and the wooden spoons.

Electrical appliance - hand blender, ours has a mini food processor attachment too - Ideal for making salsa, guacamole and grinding stuff.

We use our breadmaker almost every day now too... I haven't had supermarket bread for about a month now

Non-electrical - same as stoney - 8 inch chefs knife.

it's a toss up between my kettle and my Spong. it minces, it grinds, it slices, it grates and it gets used at least once or twice a day for something.

veggie knife, bread knife (I find that cuts even the big neeps better than my bigger chef's knives!)

Like most people, it's a toss-up between the kettle and a big knife for most used.

I wouldn't last long without my salad spinner, though. Can't stand soggy lettuce.

My kitchen knives and frying pan are what I use most.

Electrical? A toss-up between the deep-fat fryer, the bread machine, and the slow cooker.
