What's your favourite homebrew?

I'm quite new to home brewing so can't really say what my favourite is yet, but I'd love to hear yours!

Without a doubt, blackberry and elderberry. IMHO, it stands up well against the best grape wine and, apart from the sugar, it's free.

I concur, the delicate flavour of elderberry combined with the fruity blackberrys... mmmm..

I am actually salivating thinking about it...

Makes a lovely cordial too if you fancy something booze free.
