Sheep and excess veggies

I have an abundance of Jerusalem Artichokes, pumpkins and marrows, can these be fed to sheep?

I've seen sheep tuck into marrows alright, with no ill effects, and I couldn't imagine pumpkins could do any harm - the artichokes I would be a bit more hesitant about, why I don't know, other than I wouldn't fancy eating loads of artichokes myself, especially uncooked.

If JAs do the same to sheep as to humans, you could sell them as woolly ballons!
