need reciepe for dinner rolls/baps

anyone got a good reciepe for rolls that i can try for thanksgiving? my bread making is the worst there is :idea1: also is there a difference between rapid rise yeast packets and active yeast?

I know this is late, but my friend gave me this recipe for her American scones which are like dinner rolls. Try them! P:
