What samphire are you after, rock samphire from the umberlifer family or marsh samphire(Salicornia species) from the beetroot family?
Marsh samphire will be available in June in estuaries in cornwall or early august up in Cumbria!
Rock samphire is perennial and should be making an appearance about now
