For Sale - good basic wheels

Having just shot all my eco-credentials to smithereens by buying a large diesel 4x4 Frontera, my beloved old car has got to go!:?
She's a Vauxhall Astra Estate 1.4i (petrol) in dark blue - J plate, tax to end of October, MOT to May 2007 - drives really well, 136,000 miles - towbar (has towed our 12' caravan to Glasto and back with no problems on two occasions).
I'm really busy at the moment, so just don't have the time to fix the few small faults, and give it a quick tart up for sale - if I did, she'd probably fetch £450-500 - any sser who puts £350 in my hand can drive her away as she is!
- known things to fix - front brake pads (around £35), slight rust over both rear wings, and about £20 worth of exhaust welding (it's "woofling"), and needs a good "t-cut" - apart from that, a good cheap car that's done me very well!
