The Green Machine
This massive 110-ft tableau, which will be sited along the Cliffs area at Bispham, features a 'first' for Blackpool Illuminations. This is the first time in Illuminations history a tableau will be powered by solar panels and a wind turbine. As well as the renewable energy message, The Green Machine features families exercising and eating healthily, to promote a happier and longer life. The tableau features an array of colour, lighting effects and movement to create a truly unique tableau for this year's display.
