Cheese spread

Cheese spread

Hi

Has anybody got a recipe for the kind of cheese spread that contains milk (powder) and gets whizzed up in a food processor? It is the proportions that I need so that it ends up like a healthier kind of Dairylea.

I can play around with the ingredients by myself but that will probably leave me with lots of rejected versions so I thought I would ask here first. There are only so many tubs of rejected cheese spread that I want to have to consume...
