Hello from the Channel Islands

Post: # 61119Post Jerseymum »

Hi.
I'm Sarah and I live in the beautiful island of Jersey and this site has been a god-send.
Contrary to popular opinion, it's not all Bergerac and tax exiles, and my little family are doing our bit for the environment (and our pockets) by being as green as it is possible to be in a 2 bedroom, first-floor flat.
Have been lurking here for ages, but have finally decided to join up so that I can find ways to make a difference.
Nice to meet you all
Sarah
How do you live your life when there's nobody watching?

Welcome to the crew!

i am a bit far away from your area of the world but when I hear of the Island of JerseyI think of crofts (and cows) not first floor flats  !

Looking forward to hearing about life on Jersey. The only thing I know is what has been on Tele.

Hello Sarah,

we lived in Jersey for 1 year. It's a nice island, weather is good but it was too small for us. You know, we are from continent
