OFFERED: To-let/Sale Farm In Ireland

Post: # 66247Post Ireland-or-bust »

Hi,

I have a two bedroom farm house in Ireland for let/sale.
It has all modern facilities except phone. But they are available.
I just don't need one myself as i use wireless broadband.

It also includes two outbuildings in stone.
One is currently used as a chicken rearing area and workshop
and one is empty as i'm planning on converting it into a one bed apt.

I have about 3/4 of an acre of usable land (not inc house and farm yard.)
It is currently set out 1/3 vegetables in raised beds and 2/3 grazing
for geese,ducks and hens.

You can see pictures at the above link.
I have done more work on the place since then.
I still haven't painted the house yet tho :-(

I am on a private road 1/4 of a mile long with only 2 neighbours
but they are not within sight of the house or yard.

Available for let or sale.

Anyone interested email me direct at markmurphywexford@gmail.com

Thanks,
Mark.

Hi,

Question answers...

Rent 500 Euro a month
Sale 300,000 Euro

Selling because i can not find work in Ireland.

As an IT manager my options are non-existent.
The only work here is building and menial work in a McJob.

Mark.
