Sorry, wierd ebay bargain

just so proud of this. I went on ebay on the off chance that i could find sophie's favorite sweets online; Pocky. bread sticks coated in sugary substance.
i can find only 2 shops in my near-ish viscinity (a shop at Lakeside and cyber candy just off covent garden) which stock them, and they're exthortionate. plus travelling costs and time of course. Just won 5 boxes of plain milk flavour for less than it would cost me for the busfare or trainfare to buy them from the shops, and I'm bidding on 10 boxes of the strawberry flavour. sounds excessive but this should last her a long time and it saves me loadsdosh.
WOO!!! man i loves the intarweb.
oh how I love my tea, tea in the afternoon. I can't do without it, and I think I'll have another cup very
ve-he-he-he-heryyyyyyy soooooooooooon!!!!

Lakeside - there's a place I do NOT miss since leaving the SE - nor Bluewater. And to think people go to these places for a fun day out. You think your choice of ebay bids is weird - Noooo way - those people who regularly trudge round shopping centres for fun are the weird ones

me neither, i only go if i have to. I wanted 2 things from LS today, Pocky and some decent coffee from whitards. i ended up not going to LS 'cos i couldn't face it so i will get the coffee on monday from my mum's local deli. slightly cheaper than whitards too.
well it would cost me £4.50 bus fare to get to LS, more for bluewater 'cos then it's 2 busses :pukeright: , and about the same to get into london on my TOC card and oyster so already I've saved money. not to mention that 1 box from cybercandy costs around £2.50-£3, I got 5 boxes for £3.93 which includes p+p... al in all I'm making massive savings. and they keep soph quiet!
fingers crossed for the strawberry ones!!!
