elderberry wine
Just got the last batch of elderberry wine on the go yesterday, didn't have enough elderberries so i added two pounds of oranges to make it up , added the yeast then let it blip away, cant wait to try this, the oranges should add a nice taste to it

Respect to all, be kind to all and you shall reap what you sow.

freezer makes sense. i still have some "noak bridge nature reserve" sorbet in my freezer from last autumn. elderberries, blackberries, pears, apples, sloes and bullaces all cooked down to a syrupy gooey mess, then frozen. mmmmm.
this year I'll have to get the bus there
