A Chicken Stip.

The quantities for this recipe depends on taste so it is really up to you,

Chicken Breast 1 Per person cutt into strips about 1cm
Garlic
Root Ginger
2 Pots Yogurt Natural
Soy Sauce
Oil

Heat the oil in wok or pan add the garlic and ginger and cook until they darken then add the soy sauce and chicken strips and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, add the yogurt stir well and serve with fresh crusty bread, or rice. As an alternative use bite size pieces Monkfish.
I can't do great things, so I do little things with love.

That sounds yummy! Think I'll have to try it!
Let us be lovely
And let us be kind
Let us be silly and free
It won't make us famous
It won't make us rich
But damn it how happy we'll be!
