What do you put in your pancakes?
As it is shrove Tuesday (Pancake day) I thought I would find out any alternative fillings to put in pancakes.
I fry up some onions and garlic, the throw in some frozen spinach and add some cheese right at the end. Well nice.

I'm having mine sweet, lemon and sugar and/or golden syrup, or maybe maple syrup! Yum yum, mix all made and ready to rock and roll!
Oh and I think I will state for the record that I absolutely loathe French horrible thin dried out crepes and as for the Breton galette (buckwheat savoury filled pancake) it's an abomination!

We were in a rush to get down to the pub to meet with some people involved in a local community website (a project I'd love to see growing it's userbase and become a way of reforming community ties) so didn't have a lot of time to ponder over pancakes on Tuesday... sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice for us!

I make pancakes about once every three weeks I guess. Just when I fancy a quick and easy meal.
